Sister Maria is absolutely phenomenal. She has in depth knowledge about any treatment she performs, particularly hijama, and will always make you feel comfortable. Maria will ease and guide you through your treatment, she also has a vast variety of treatments that she offers and will always recommend what she thinks would benefit you and your health. She always goes the extra mile to check up on you post treatment. I cannot recommend this sister enough! Brother Sohail is also a gem and a credit to the business. Got my first hijama done today alhamdulillah. It was a great pleasure and I felt very calm as brother Tufayel done a brilliant job.I was always fearful of doing it but alhamdulillah it was amazing and I also feel amazing too. Very clean and hygienic clinic with refreshments available. Will highly recommend and will definitely go again and again........

Had to book a last minute treatment and Sohail did not disappoint! He was punctual and explained the benefits of the treatment. Also found out that TNR have female sessions too so will defo be taking female members of family here. Will also be going back myself every couple of months for regular treatment.Massage, cupping and advice all for a very reasonable price. Hygienic and sanitary is an extra benefit and gives one peace of mind.

Alhamdulillah first time doing Hijama. Everything was explained very well by brother Sohail.I highly recommend doing the full package.The clinic itself is very well maintained and sanitary.I didn't have any pains in particular prior, but I generally feel better after Alhamdulillah (and it's sunnah!)Al-Bukhari narrated in his Sahih (5269) from Sa’id ibn Jubayr from Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Healing is in three things: drinking honey, the incision of a cupper, and cauterizing with fire, but I forbid my ummah to use cauterizing.”
