Brilliant bookshop and mail order service. One of the best selections of botanical books in the UK, particularly those on fungi at an excellent price. If you are in the area, it is well worth a visit. The mail order option is also excellent, prompt and reasonable in price.

Had some issues when book ordered was no longer available. Initially very discontented but have to give credit where it's due, they subsequently communicated excellently, and resolved the problem - ensuring I got the book in time for Xmas. Great recovery, much appreciated.

Excellent packaging! I bought some arboriculture books of International Society of Arboriculture (hard to find), they arrived in one week in Italy and the package was amazing. Books covered with bobble wrap, papers in the holes and inside a book cardboard.

Quick service, great support for BSBI- THE National recording authority for UK plants, fair prices, careful packaging and all round good folk. I have mail ordered far too many books and visited their stand when they are out and about browsing new and second hand titles.
