01/04/2020 - The Other Day after shopping at Iceland , High Street , Gorleston , I was unfortunate enough to have a fall , outside the Store .Despite their busy , workload at this horrible time , several Members of staff, rushed to my Aid ..!One got me a Chair , they were all so Kind (like I was a Person , not just a Customer !!)One member of staff (then finishing work for the day ) - even gave me a lift home , with my Shopping .I know this is a week later - I am still sore , but , much better !!But this act by such Kind People , has restored my faith In Human Nature - HUGE THANKS TO ALL CONCERNED , Mr Antony Banyer

I buy my frozen food from here lively clean shop, Great customer service and a car park which you pay £1 for, but if you spend over £5 you get the £1 back.I love this store, well worth a visit

The prices are good in this grocery, however we can find the same prices on the same products in Tesco. Some cashiers speak with you or with next buyer after you delaying service.Furthermore, is it allowed by law not to offer the receipt to client? I faced with this only in Island. Never give you, never ask you, on question to issue the receipt I get a surprised face expression. That's why I removed two stars.
