A* service. Due to offices being shut due to COVID-19 a person came to my house and took the sample to get tested. Guy who came out was friendly and even looked where the sample came from.Very quick turn around, results is 2 days!Highly recommend!

i have been using this firm for the past few years and can state that they offer an extremely high leave of service and satisfaction. The turn around from time of sample being given to time of certificate been produced usually take only a few days. I would recommend this firm to home owners, landlords or the general building industry. Locally base in Sunderland within the university campus, parking is no issues. The cost of testing is very competitive and they are always will to go that extra bit, big thank you from Dean Associates Properties Ltd.

I contacted the company to help verify if some old floor tiles in our home contained asbestos before removing them. My enquiry was dealt with very quickly and I received the lab results within a week!
