Their attention to detail and custom service is exceptional. Out of three companies contacted Crofts were the only one that had the skill and expertise to produce highly bespoke sash and casement windows for our very old home.

We used the door builder on your website to receive a very competitive price for a new back door. We then ordered the back door with a 10% deposit, which has been expertly fitted today and looks great. We have now paid the 90% final balance payment, as we are very happy with the door and professional service provided by Paul. We would certainly use him again and recommend his services to others as we are very happy with the process and final results.

We had our 20 year old leaky conservatory roof replaced with a new warmer roof, it was not an easy task as our build was not measuring even on all side. Croft Home Improvements have been an absolute pleasure to deal with , I tasked them with the job of taking a design I had scribbled down for a glass extension I wished to add to our property . This was a bespoke design that needed creating from scratch . Paul and his work force are very pleasant to deal with and quick to use their experience and expertise in solving any issues that arose from the bespoke project and helped turn our dream into a reality . Paul and his team at Croft Home Improvements recently carried out work to improve our dated conservatory and replace our failed bifold doors. They turned our conservatory from an unusable space into what is now our dining room which has been opened up to be part of our house. They replaced our failed bifolds with secure easy open doors which have made a massive difference in making our house a home.When first meeting Paul every option was given to try and find solutions to our problems and we were offered every option from the minimal fix to complete replacement with no pressure to do either, only expert advice.All work was completed on time and all trades involved were friendly, polite and very punctual.Highly Recommended

Paul of Crofts Home improvements stepped in at a very difficult time for us. I am laid up with a broken leg and ankle and my wife has recently dislocated her hip. She is now wearing a leg brace and is off work for at least four weeks. We needed a replacement lock for an upvc door. I had ended up locked out. Paul quickly came out and got me back inside. I have used the company before and knew that the quality of work was good. Given that my wife and I are immobile and can't do anything for ourselves we asked Paul to decorate the house, walls, ceilings and woodwork. We then had repair work done in the bathroom and replacement l.e.d.s fitted. We also had a new shower and fan fitted. A loose bannister was repaired.Paul is a really nice bloke. We are very pleased with the work and the help that he has given us. I would recommend his company to anyone and am sure that we will use Crofts in the future.
