It is clear that the attitude of the guy who served us today is as sharp as the tools used to cut the glass needed for the picture frame brought to him. We expected to be given a price for a simple job but instead found that the job was immediately performed without a price being agreed. Instead, we were simply presented with the bill just 10mins later ( after he complained to us about the frame not being dismantled for him ! ). A star is therefore awarded for the speedy work & the reasonable price demanded of us. But I think the guy will be pleased that we will never burden his firm with our custom in the future. So, if you are unlucky to face the same guy, be ready to have a very, very specific request & under no circumstances ask for advice or ask questions about their products/services as you will find yourself regretting setting foot in the place, just as we did.

I order custom cut 2 mirrors and the guy said it takes 2-3 days upon request he said he will try to get it done same day and said one the mirror measurement already available but few inches small then mine and I didn’t agree with and he said he will ring once done. Got call around 3pm I paid and collect the mirrors trusting the measurements going to be as I ordered but unfortunately one mirror measurement is correct and the other one is much smaller then my given measurements, which the guy initially mentioned there are mirror’s already cut but smaller then my measurements and I refused still he gave me that mirror. I don’t measure upon collection in shop as I bought few mirrors few months ago and no issues. I don’t trust them anymore and never going to buy from them again and please measure before collecting bcos for 2 mirrors I nearly paid £140. Gave 2 star cos they cut same day.

I needed two pieces of glass to fit inside some kitchen doors.Cut in less than 10 minutes and 12 quid for the pair.Can't beat that.

We would just like to say how pleased we were with the honest help and advice we were given over a replacement mirror we needed for a bathroom cabinet and would fully recommend.Our new mirror is perfect.After been given some bad advice by another shop who sold us an unsuitable product which cracked within half a day, we very much appreciated getting this sorted out correctly with Northfield Glass.Thank you very much.

A diamond in the rough, hard to find a proper glazing shop nowadays, well stocked and well priced and served by people who know the trade inside out.

Went to buy a small piece of glass to replace a broken pane in my front door. Probably the smallest sale of the week. However, very helpful, found a piece of frosted glass for me that matched and cut it to size. Very reasonable price- actually half what I expected. So 100% recommend, excellent customer care ethos, friendly, helpful and patient.

Brilliant job by Mark and Graham. Third time using this company and wouldn't be the last , if I had any more doors or windows to replace. The price was very reasonable, too.Excellent service from booking the quote to fitting; accurate time scales given from the outset, seven days notice given for installation, the fitters turned up on time and most of the work was completed by the end of the first day. Both Mark and Graham cleared up as they worked, leaving no mess and above all, no collateral damage to the adjacent decor etc. Highly recommended.

Just had three double glazed units replaced. Outstanding service, clean, quick and efficient. Price was fair and office and installing team very friendly. Very rare indeed to see people as efficient, positive and happy in their work as this installation team!!
