A great local company. They rescued an old desktop for me and, when it finally conked out, set me up with a great refurbished replacement and transferred all the files for a reasonable price. I have also bought a new laptop from them which has been fantastic and comparable (if not cheaper) in price to some of the big online shops. Always very helpful and honest and its fantastic that we have shops like this on our doorstep to make life a bit easier!

I was recommended by the manager of the phone shop on the high street because he hadn’t got a power pack for my iPhone. I told him this at kings Heath computer this when entering his shop he said he sends all the nutters here which didn’t go down well with me. So I wasn’t going too spent any of my money there. As I was leaving the shop he said go and be nutty at an other shop. Not a very nice man and rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone using this shop.

Absolutely amazing,my pc was knackered. Darren found the fault for me and helped me upgrade my pc. He fitted the parts and had it all working for me the next day. I highly recommend this shop and will use it again. If I could give more stars I would.

I had to express my gratitude for the very excellent work that Kings Heath Computers did for me by posting a positive review. They repaired a broken laptop for me. My work involves very heavy usage of my computers and reliability and certainty is essential.That being said, I am in a very demanding profession and don't have time to deal with any IT issues. I now feel as though I have found my ideal IT partner.The standard of service was efficient and excellent. It was also at a very good price. I feel as though I have a new machine!

Best place for computer issues. Gentleman was very helpful. Dealt with computer given back with in few hours. He did a virus scan for free to which was very kind of him. Other places were quoting me £50 but this shop was very reasonably prised. I'm very happy and satisfied.

Found through a high recommendation and did not disappoint. My pc is beautiful and clean once again. Friendly service throughout the experience and even some useful recommendations to improve my rigs cooling. The price was reasonable to boot so extra happy.Thank you it is greatly appreciated

Called about replacing my broken laptop screen. On the phone they were friendly, polite and gave an honest quote.When I went to the shop they had a screen in stock so very kindly offered to work on it straight away. Within half an hour all was done.In just about an hour after leaving my house I was back home with a fixed, fully working laptop. Amazing service

An absolutely brilliant independent computer shop with the most helpful and friendly team!! My computer broke, which I rely for work and within 2 days they had built a whole new computer for me, you cannot get better service than this! I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you!!!

Came in with a dying fossil of a laptop which Darren took the time to try and revive with every trick in the book. He found me a long term solution for a very reasonable price. 100% recommend this trustworthy and efficient business. Very impressed with the staff and will return in future.
