Excellent service phoned for estimate for a loft ladder had a visit in 4 days and everything was explained regards what was available and not pushy quote given in one day Geoff was very friendly date agreed had a couple of phone calls to give update on arrival time work was carried out very efficiently all very friendly and quality workmanship would throughly recommend this company

I contacted Geoff about quoting for a loft ladder, he responded quickly and came round to quote within a few days. The work was completed at a time that suited me and the work was excellent, super pleased with my ladder and would highly recommend Geoff and his team for their communication, professionalism and punctuality. Will be using them again to floor my attic.

Hi I am delighted with the works Somerset Loft Ladders and Boarding (Carpenters Southwest) did for me this week - I had a new loft ladder and boarding put in my loft. Geoff came out to quote me and was helpful and pleasant and communication was easy, Alex and his colleague came out and did all the work in 1 day and were clean and tidy and pleasant. Super happy with the loft hatch and boarding its so much easier to access and most importantly safer! I had a small issue after which was sorted really quickly and amicably and I think something like this shows what good customer service is, 100% recommend them - Thanks again chaps :)
