Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Eccles

I've always found them, pleasant, attentive and helpful.

Had to be one of the best services I have received taking an eye test and picking out some new glasses that suit and fit me well, was a great overall experience and was very smooth, all staff were very helpful, well spoken and even not afraid to engage in conversation, I recently moved here from an old optician, and the standards are so much better, even having my new glasses on now, they feel so clear and very comfortable, never been happier with a pair of glasses, would highly recommend going to Specsavers, even have a lot of promotions, and if you don't like the glasses, you have 100 days to take them back and you can choose something else, you even have 6 months option where you can go back and get a second pair half the price, or even prescription sunglasses!

Fantastic customer service from Shakeel at Specsavers in Eccles. He expertly repaired my glasses and made them 'as good as new'.

The service from the initial test was great! I was told that if I paid more for anti glare it would not only help my eyes when looking at screens but also I wouldn't have to clean them as much. So i did! But That's a lie!!!! They seem to attract the dirt and even when you give them a good clean they are still dirty so would not recommend that

The customer service at Eccles Specsavers is wonderful Amanda went above and beyond in fixing my glasses when I thought they would be a write off. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic service.
