The food is always good from here but never order delivery. Every time i have something, something has been missing, and if something is missing, it will never be sent out to you absolutely zero customer service and its like the staff dont care but the odd times you do get your full order the food is good

The best ever spicy Veggie Burger in the country by far.I've had spicy Veggie Burgers from many places and this beats the next best one by miles.They also do the best ever chilli Sauce which is served warm. The chilli sauce is so nice I buy a few extra for my meals at home..lolFriendly and polite staff too.

I tried it for the first time and I will never go again the Service to slow plus I ordered a cheeseburger for my son it had no cheese on it when got home my son was disappointed Plus they charge for every little thing as extras sneaky guys I asked for to put mayonnaise and ketchup on my chips they said they don’t do that you have to pay for condiments as extras plus the food is not tasty at all. I will stick to my SALAHS on Leeds road

Have been here quite often but consistency is starting to drop. Chicken was dry and rubbery. Slapped half a jar of mayo into the burger and covered it with a dry bun. Best part of the burger was the chips....thats when you know standards are starting to slip!Chicken wings were also extremely dry and rubbery.Expected better.....wont be coming back any time soon.

I'm not asking for preferential treatment because I'm a women. But the shop was filled with 9+ lads and he made me wait god knows how long before taking my order. There was a time when muslim men had etiquette and I feel like we're now starting to lose this. Also food is basic.

Ordered from here a few times as it’s the only place in Bradford that does the dipped spicy burger. But now quality has dropped, food and service wise. Was given stale chips and a dry burger on 2 separate occasions, just not the same anymore.

I got the chicken sandwich meal for £5.10. The chicken burger was delicious and flavourful, however the chips were stale and considering the description of the meal mentioned the chips would be large it definitely didn’t feel like that.The chicken nuggets were nothing special and I wouldn’t recommend them either.Also, the fact this place charges individually for extra sauces or a cheese slice within the burger is a joke and for that reason I can’t give them higher than a 3* and there’s certainly better alternatives for Chicken shops in Bradford.

Ordered on a Friday night, told it’ll be 10 minutes, checked on my order after 10 mins and they asked me if I’ve ordered ?Had to order again which was annoying but they made it quick, spicy chicken burger was great as always but wings were stone cold. Paid for large chips, got normal portion, couldn’t be bothered going back so just ate them.Prefer the Manchester branches.

I wouldn’t even rate it one star, but I had to otherwise I could not publish a review. I spoke to a staff member who couldn’t understand a word of what I was saying, he passed the phone onto another individual who I believe is the manager, he was ever so rude and had a disgusting attitude. We didn’t know the food came without the chilli sauce and asked if he could kindly just add in 1 tub as it’s an Uber order so we couldn’t come down to the store. He whinged and cried about adding a 50p chilli sauce into my order and told me to ‘cancel my order’ and the ‘bag is closed now’. So pathetic, and ontop of that I was missing a burger… don’t bother wasting your money here :)

Average fried chicken at the best, not one we'd go back to due to a poor standard of food purchased on the day and wasn't given any sauces with the food? All sauces are charged extra whereas other fried chicken outlets always offer sauces to accompany your meals?
