Service & Habitation check carried out last week by Sam & his team at Code 11 on our 2017 Tracker RB.Sam explained all the work carried out on the day and good news all around with the Hab check.Knowing I’m taking the MH abroad shortly Sam changed the fuel filter as a precaution to find it definitely needed changing !Can’t recommend Code 11 enough, great to feel your in safe hands.

Recently took my new (old) caravan in for service and resealing. Can't fault the experience at all. Sam was open and reassuring on the phone of everything they would do and crucially that they wouldn't do anything without checking with me first. They also moved things around so I could drop the van off earlier which helped me massively. When it came to the work they did a top job, talked me through everything in detail and my options. No pressure at all to spend any more. Will definitely be using them again.

An excellent customer experience.Took time to give a thorough and detailed quote before undertaking work.Was kept informed throughout and am very happy with service received.As well as damp repair a couple of little jobs were completed and an m.o.t. which helped enormously.Work completed to time scale and very reasonably priced.Am happy to recommend and will be using again ( Sorry main dealer ).10/10

Had a great experience purchasing a caravan off sam. It was exactly as described, explained how everything worked on arrival then left us alone to have a look around with no pressure like most places. Wouldn’t buy a caravan from anywhere else and highly recommend anyone to pay sam a visit who is looking for a caravan.

We just recently bought our first touring caravan from Code 11 Caravans & Motorhomes Ltd and could not have asked for a better experience. The owner Sam provided a friendly but professional service and could not have been more helpful. He is very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to us which made the whole experience really easy. We would definitely recommend this place if you are considering buying a caravan or motorhome.
