The Nest Wellness & Yoga Studio - Hinckley

A truly wonderful space to nurture yourself both physically and emotionally. I'm relatively new to yoga, starting my journey in January, and for once in my life I've actually stuck at it and really feeling the benefits! I now look forward to my weekly class, partly due to the relaxed, supportive and nonjudgmental teaching style of Vicki but also due to the beautiful space created: Heart and soul has been poured into creating The Nest and you really feel it. I've started trying a few of the new workshops too which I highly recommend. Feel very blessed to have found this in my doorstep and begin the journey to better overall well-being.

This is the most beautiful, soothing space - just stepping into The Nest feels like the ultimate act of self care. Everyone is warm, friendly and incredibly knowledgable, and I love the array of classes and workshops. There truly is something for everyone, and Katy makes everyone feel welcome, loved, supported and cared for. I couldn’t recommend The Nest enough!

The Nest is such a beautiful and healing space. I have been with them since the studio opened over 2 years ago. I start with pregnancy yoga then postnatal and now I do their HIIT yoga, Intro to vinyasa and the Pilates class. If I had time I would be at every class available.Aside from the beautiful and calming decor of the nest, it’s the beautiful people there who truly make it feel like home. Each and everyone of them have been a part of my transformation and have helped me heal in my own way

Attending the Beginners Yoga workshop at The Nest was one of the best decisions I’ve made. After much anticipation about attending my first class in a long time, I was made to feel welcome and at ease. The teaching of the practice from all instructors is excellent! I’m so happy that I’ve finally found this little sanctuary and the amazing classes it has to offer. I would thoroughly recommend The Nest!

Finding The Nest has been one of the best things to come out of my pregnancy/post natal journey. It’s such a warm, welcoming and calm space to visit and there’s a wonderful community full of women who all support each other. The relaxation classes that Katy does are divine! I cannot recommend it enough for all things pregnancy, birth, general relaxation and well-being and beyond!

From my wife who attends The Nest.What a awesome relaxing place The Nest is. As soon as you walk in you can feel the stress from the outside world just melting away. The Nest is so welcoming and peaceful. I do a yoga there and wow I can feel the difference already. Vicky is great teacher, the class just flows perfectly. So pleased I have found The Nest.

Beautiful space where everyone is welcome regardless of experience or ability. The variety of sessions on offer is great. In addition to the yoga and pilates classes I have attended as a beginner, I thoroughly recommend the Gong baths....best I have experienced. Thank you Katy and Vicki for welcoming me.
