T.J.S. Self Drive

Disgraceful! Told me they have vans on the phone. After ive rushed to get one they tell me they have no vans! What a joke of a company!

Hired a van from here at a decent price. Vehicle was good and pickup fine. However drop off was not. Arrived shortly before my scheduled dropoff time and couldn't get in. Called and no answer. Rang the buzzer outside and no answer. Waited 15 mins, almost about to give up and someone pulled up along side me. I asked if they worked here, they sort of grunted and nodded through their car window. Someone else arrived and opened the gate, did not acknowledge me at all. Took the van in put the key on the counter, still no words exchanged, he took the keys checked the van, came back in said 'thats fine' and went off into the back. Totally rude, and unapologetic. Would rather pay a little more and not be treated like I was inconveniencing them.

Family owned. Great range of prices and range of vehicles.. T manager , Oliver is one of the most helpful guys I have met.Forget the rest use the best...
