I took my car to Dulwich branch and told them I just want the final valuation that day as I need my car for 1 more day after they inspected the car and gave me a valuation I rebook for next day to drop it off, and next day guy pretended he doesn’t have booking me and he sent me to penge branch saying he is too busy, I went to penge branch and waited 3 hours before guy further reduced the valuation 400£ as he said mileage is 30 miles different!!!!!! Well 40k worth Bmw 20 plate full specs 6500 miles for 24k ,, total reduction was over 2k from online valuation ,, they play up games to pay you less,,

We sold our car to We buy any car in penge, Martin was absolutely fantastic and friendly and gave us a near enough quote to what we were quoted online, he was very informative and patient with us, he advised us to check else where to see if we could get more for our car which we did try however they were the best quote, Martin was not at all pushy which made the whole experience smooth. Absolute rubbish, clearly if you're selling your car here, there's something wrong either it in the first place, fully functioning cars are valued at a significantly lower estimate than market value and if there anything wrong with it at all, they'll estimate it lower than scrapyard even. Don't bother.
