HRS Family Law Solicitors Dudley

I'm having a mental breakdown with this firm.Despite raising numerous complaints and I have been with this firm for 12 months now, they take so long to do anything. Most of their solicitors are trainees who move around within different legal areas in the firm so there is no consistency with a representative. I raised complaints to speak with a senior solicitor and not once have been given the opportunity. Instead if you want a experienced legal solicitor to deal with a case apparently the fees are alot more.I have had for different solicitors in 1 year. Sadia then Zakia in Kings Heath. Then told my file has been passed to dudley branch who I was dealing with a Katie and now a Sanjidah and movement is soo slow. I have to constantly chased them and they do not respond within reasonable time. There is no clear guidance and support.Previous review is correct. They quickly take your money but very slow to deliver. I am literally having a breakdown because they are not moving fast enough and it's having mental impact on my health on top of family matters I am trying to resolve to get to sort through court.DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND FIND A FIRM THAT THAT IS REPUTABLE AND REGOGNISED. I TOTALLY REGRET USING THIS FIRM.Does anyone know any organisations I could reach out to file an official complaint?

Me and my partner used HRS, we had Amelia B and she was amazing!!Very responsive to emails when needed, helpful, chases up anything that we asked. I recommend the firm and I highly recommend you ask for Amelia. She couldn't have done a better job. We are very appreciative for everything.

I needed a non molestation order, the company was quick and efficient and dealt with my problem which they made straight forward and clearly understood.

Take peoples money don’t do work give you someone that’s there on work experience that’s not fully trained in job, don’t get same one, don’t do anything ask off them to do, do easy way, leave you out of pocket & no way forward

I would personally like to thank Katie Lovell and my solicitor Kelly Harrison for there fantastic, caring and honest approach with me, I approached HRS in the most challenging and anxious times in my entire life! There always reassured me when I was anxious and could always completely reassure me that things were not my fault, would recommend to anyone! There representation was brilliant and secured exactly what I wanted with my daughter, I Carnt thank you both enough, highly recommend this solicitors.

I can't praise hrs family law enough especially Kelly Harrison she was absolutely fantastic with my case, I wish I'd had kelly from the start of my case. There's nothing kelly doesn't know very knowledgeable, extremely professional. Thank you Kelly.

Amelia and the other staff has been a helpful team when I need help for my son ,Its a lot of money but hopefully fingers crossed it will sorted soon for the court order as I'm disappointed with the other company they worked on my behalf
