Can't thank Shan enough for going the extra mile in getting my suit completed and helping with the fitting. Ordered once and it fitted perfectly first time! Highly recommended

Absolutely horrible customer service on the part of man who work there. Perhaps he's manger, was not letting other sales associate to help, taking over them and then not helping as well.. not interested in serving customers. Very very rude. Will never shop at this location. Such a shame that I have to give them even one star. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

I would like to start by saying my overall experience with Moss Bros was fantastic, but the staff at this store were the complete opposite.I entered the store on Tuesday 29th August (it was completely empty of any other customers) and asked if i might be able to rent a morning suit for a wedding i was attending on the Saturday (i appreciate i'd left it late but I knew Moss Bros was a big chain so thought it might be achievable). Without hesitation the manager (i assume she was the manager) just said no sorry we need at least 2 weeks". I pushed back and asked if she could maybe check the system

Brilliant service - I was helped to find a suit by Saidu who was so helpful and patient. I usually get my suits from Charles Tyrwhitt but these are just as good and better value

I hired my suit from Oxford, but needed to pickup at Crawley. They phoned me up 3 times to update me as the order came in, which was extremely helpful. The manager (?) was really friendly and kind. The final fit in-store was no problem for them, they wanted to make sure the order was correct. Overall, positive experience, friendly staff.

If I could give zero then I would.I don’t normally post reviews but following today I have no choice but to do so.Absolutely terrible customer service. Very unhelpful, it was like they looked at me and decided I wasn’t the correct customer for them. I got told that I couldn’t try anything on as they “don’t want me to damage the seams of their clothing”Unfortunately I didn’t manage to catch the name of the incredibly rude member of staff, but I suggest you sort your attitude out towards customers.I consequently took my business elsewhere, they were very helpful and I ended up buying a suit with them instead.I won’t ever be setting foot back into a Moss Bros store. Disgraceful.

Manager very unprofessional for such a prestigious brand. Rude to customers and staff. I tried to amend an order for a suit hire for my brothers wedding as I was told I could, yet the first time going back to change it he said it couldn’t be changed. I then contacted customer services who told me his advise was nonsense and to go back in store and get my sizes changed as it was still within a suitable time frame to do so. I went back into store, spoke to the same incompetent manager and despite having an email as proof he refused to read it or acknowledge my order and continued to sell me the same story that I couldn’t change my sizing. He proceeded to be rude by saying ‘he’s not even getting paid for this’ as to make me feel sympathetic towards him despite me being the paying customer. He did not help, He was rude and I still haven’t resolved the issue. Will not be going here again.

Absolutely brilliant service for helping me with hiring the suits. Polite, helpful, would recommend anybody to go here, every member of staff I dealt with was brilliant, thank you.

Products are good but service is terrible. The black man serving calls the customers names after they spent £100s. He Actually forgot I had made an order too. Fag

Excellent service from the two guys on the floor today in the Crawley shop . Despite it being busy, they were attentive, polite, helpful and efficient to everyone. Kudos to them both.
