Nothing is too much trouble for the guys here. Everyone is friendly, no pressure selling & above all interested in your business.Simon is such a nice chap, made everything about getting a new car easy. The communication is excellent, we received numerous calls from Sanjay & Simon - followed up with emails. Promises were kept & the wait time for our car was quicker than originally said.Simon patiently went through the workings of the car.Well done Unity, you’ve done yourselves proud.

Went to see Sanjay and wow how different is this dealer on the phone and in person they are so friendly and so helpful. Recently been to several different dealers and just cannot believe how lovely everyone is at this MG branch. Even the lady who answers the phone is so lovely and helpful. You really feel like you matter here. Highly recommend!!

Picked up my first Motability car from the guys at Unity Balsall Common after speaking with Sanjay and getting all the information needed. Did the 240 mile round trip to meet with Simon, who dealt with everything, kept me up to date with my order and completed the handover. Also spoke with Jason who again was very helpful. Beginning of July I came to Simon at Unity MG Balsall Common to order my new car. The help I received from Simon was incredible. I was expecting to wait around 3 months for my car when I was called in 3 weeks to be told it had already arrived I was beyond shocked. Stewart on service was excellent to deal with.Kept me informed and updated. Allowed me a few days to collect my car once it was ready, which was most appreciated. Problem with injectors diagnosed and advise on fix explained clearly. This garage comes recommended.
