Dave & all the staff I dealt with were pleasant & professional, the car took a bit longer to be ready than I would have liked but I was warned of this at the beginning of the process, the car was pristine when delivered.

Nissan Elgrand 51 series 2, 2.5 Highway Star.Excellent service from Dave and Paul throughout. Paul let us take out a converted van on an unaccompanied test drive. We chose to go for a new conversion so that the internal colour scheme was our choice, we also asked for a slightly modified design for the conversion which Paul was happy to accommodate. Paul also offered some good advice based on his experience of conversions. Paul kept us updated on progress, sent some photos to show progress and didn't mind us popping in to have a look.I wanted an LPG conversion done before I took ownership. They recommended a person to do it and worked with him to do what was needed.We picked up the van on 23/12/21 on a very wet and dreary day, Paul had left the vehicle inside so we could inspect it without getting soaked.Very happy.

Top notch. I've waited a couple of months to leave a review to get a good idea of things. We bought an E51 Elgrand in May, absolutely love it, it's the only car the dog will get into willingly. All of the team at Vine Place treat you as part of a family, had 2 very small reasons to go back which were handled straight away by friendly people.Strongly recommend these people if you're thinking of buying.

The experience of buying a car from Vine Place is relaxed, informal and professional. I never at any point felt hurried or pressured. The people I dealt with were friendly and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending Vine Place to anyone they are a pleasure to deal with.

We were looking for an Elgrand E51 S3 and went to see vine place in March 2023 (2.5 hour drive each way) spoke to Karl, no pressure very informative and helpful even though he knew we were not in a position to buy at that time, got our elgrand in September and again very helpful thanks to Dave, Karen and Holly, car is well presented and has had work done to it to a great standard, would highly recommend. Only down point was it took longer than planned to get the car, was delivered in November but that is no fault of the garage as they are having staff recruitment problems and this is outwith their control.

We have given 5 stars to Vine Place garage and they are well deserved. We picked up our Elgrand about a week ago and we absolutely love it. All work promised by Karl was carried out to a high standard and ready for collection day. We wouldn't hesitate to come back in the future when we are ready to upgrade. A big thanks to the team.

From start to finish I have nothing but praise for Vine Place. Karl advised me of the Elgrand most suited for my needs. It was still on its way to the UK so I did not get to see it. As I wanted it converted to a camper I paid a large deposit so that the work could be done immediately. My faith was not misplaced. Paul kept me updated with the progress of the conversion. The finish is exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend Vine Place.

I cant praise everyone at Vine Place highly enough. My first delve into campervan territory was an absolute pleasure. Lots of choice of vehicles, all in sparkling condition. The conversions really are impressive too. All my questions and queries were answered patiently and fully in a friendly professional way. Ten out of ten from me.
