For a company that's so large they know how to lose money very quickly. You order coal, and they say in 7 working days ok you allow a few days for disruption, but you don't expect it to take over two weeks to arrive." Because you can't even stick to your own policy

Big thanks to Paul B who delivered while I was at work. He stacked my bags neatly and considerately as per my delivery instructions. I would usually make anyone on the delivery team a cup of tea but will of course when I am at home and the delivery arrives.

They were meant to deliver the coal into our coal store, but just left it on the front doorstep instead. Half a tonne of it. I rang them to get someone back and was promised they would turn up within the day. No-one showed. I rang them every day for a week, and got every excuse going. Finally, two weeks later I gave up and moved it all myself. We will be looking elsewhere for coal in future. Avoid.
