Ian delivered an excellent 5 star service reattaching and rehanging a fridge door hinge which had come away. He was prompt, professional and very good value. Huge thanks, Ian for helping our son out with his failed fridge at such sort notice - a lifesaver!

Had cooler fan noise on our Samsung and was recommended to ring Ian. Although I rang him part way through an appointment, Ian promised me he would be out to see me at 10 the next morning. He both kept the appointment and had my problem resolved within the hour. Gave me some good preventative advice too. Thank you very much Ian. Will recommend you to all I can.

Ian was so helpful, came when he said, had lots of good advice and helped fix a long-term problem on my daughter's fridge. Sadly my Smeg fridge was so old and expensive to repair he said it's better to get a new one! Honest and I recommend him highly. Always call him directly is my advice.

Fantastic service from Ian. Fast and reliable service. Had my samsung fridge/freezer working again in no time and at a very reasonable cost. No short cuts taken. Explained everything to me and what needed doing. Extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend him.

Had a fault on my Samsung American style fridge freezer. Reported the fault on Monday, came out Tuesday and fixed by Friday. Would have been sooner if not for a delayed delivery and we weren't in on the Thursday.Quick, efficient and value for moneyHighly recommend

Ian did a fantastic job of repairing our american' style fridge freezer. He reckons our unit is about 15 years old and is still going strong. Highly recommend Ian for his determination and professionalism. Great job Ian

Had a problem with my 19 year old Smeg American style fridge freezer. The defrost control was not working properly allowing ice build up and consequent warming of the unit. Ian came out very promptly and expertly diagnosed the problem which was due to a burnt out electronic control card. As there was no replacement part available, we had to condemn the fridge/freezer.His buying advice was very straightforward - buy something with a five year warranty and if you get 8 years out of it you will be doing well!" Ian came out to us very quickly. Diagnosed the problem with our wine cooler and explained that it would not be economical to repair having found what the problem was. Very professional and would definitely recommend.
