Possibly the worst managing agents ever, they placed tenants in my flat that had multiple county court judgements against them, failed to undertake inspections, failed to make proper reports, ignored inventory reports of damage to property, don’t respond to emails and returned deposit to tenants despite significant damage to the property. Avoid this company at all costs.

Been '1st in the queue' 3 times this morning - on hold for 5 minutes each time, then line goes dead. Wanted to view a property but impossible to make an appointment. No voicemail facility.
