Joanne Hairdressing

I have been travelling to joanne verwood since August when my hairdresser Gemma moved there. Its such a lovely salon with welcoming staff. Emma the very smiley and efficient receptionist is always very helpful. I recommend this salon to friends as much as i can. Thank you for always a high standard of service and making me feel welcome.

Amazing service, friendly team and awesome result! I had a lovely balyage and baby lights with Carmen, she was friendly, and gave an amazing hair cut at the end, despite running over abit! She didn't rush and I felt really cared for and listened to when I started the consultation with Emma, and then Carmen.Thank you all for an amazing cut and colour, I feel amazing!

What a grate place, fitted me in for a cut straight away after my rush into the shop next door. Didn't have to fight for a car park spot or pay. I am fussy with my hair cuts but best cut I have had in a long time. I Recommend this place and the stylist Gemma. A++

My first visit today with Carmen after not having my hair cut for a very long time, was made very welcome and even had massage whilst hair was being washed. My hair has been cut beautifully and feels incredible. Once I havemy off duty will be booking next appointment.

Me and my mum booked a haircut here, just been for the appointment and it's like we had our hair done in completely different places. The lady who cut my mum's hair did a good job and she's happy. Unfortunately my experience was not good. I've come out with a wet t shirt from having my hair washed and my hair is still wet. Beth who did my hair could not be bothered, she rushed the cut and pretty much just showed me the hair dryer. I've no idea what my hair actually looks like as it's still wet, will have to dry it myself at home now. No offer of product being put in or any styling either. She did offer me another drink while I waited for my mum's hair to be finished (She did get her's dried and styled) but the drink never surfaced, instead she just sat and had a chat with another member of staff while I sat their with wet hair getting cold. Needless to say I won't be returning and would suggest to anyone going here that they ask for a different member of staff otherwise you will leave here feeling disappointed as I did.In response to your response, it's Bridie and no thank you.

I can’t speak highly enough of the team at Joanne’s in Verwood. They managed to fit me in today for a hair emergency. They were kind and thoughtful and supported me throughout what could have been a traumatic experience. My hair was a complete tangled mess as a result of chemotherapy hair loss, I walked in looking a total mess and walked out with a beautiful haircut. Thank you all so much

I've had my hair done here a few times now and I've used both Beth and Jess- they've both been amazing. Could not possibly fault their skill or customer service.Jess - on my last 2 visits Jess has gone absolutely above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my hair. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is so incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and the appointment just flies by. I have been very pleased with my highlights. Such an enjoyable experience when there is such lovely hairdressers like this around! :)
