Called on a visit to Cedar Farm and was hugely impressed by The Natural Living Shop. Michael is friendly and very welcoming and the products have been carefully and ethically selected. Very excited to start my green cleaning journey and equally happy with the ordering process at the Natural Living Shop. Ordered from their online shop and it was so easy, I love all my products but especially the natural bleach! Had a slight problem so I emailed them and Michael got back to me straight away and sorted it, fantastic service. I'd really like to visit the shop too, keep it up guys you're fab ❤️

Very good customer service. I forgot to add something to my basket, so I emailed them and asked if I could add it on. They sent me instructions for how to do this so that I didn't get charged additional postage. When I have had other issues they have fixed these very quickly.
