I’m not sure if you can beat this so please read on. I was working on good Friday ( bank holiday ) one of my high pressure hoses actually burst. I called Ace Hoses and a guy called Carl answered the phone. I explained the situation that I was in. The job that I was doing was for a friend so it wasn’t such a big deal but explained to Carl that I had two big jobs booked in for Easter Saturday and Sunday and that I was stumped. He offered me to open up the unit on Saturday morning to hopefully fix my issue. 8am Saturday morning Carl showed up. Polite, concerned for my situation and so very helpful. Carl could have had his Easter weekend off but decided to get my small business back on the road. My customers were delighted. You are a real Gent Carl. Thank you so very much.

Called up for a hose replacement - They were super helpful, made the hose whiles i waited. Will be my first call from now on. Thanks
