Tony was excellent: fast, professional and efficient in repairing a self-inflicted fault to my internal telephone wiring. After the repair was completed he thoroughly checked the rest of the telephone/internet was still working OK, updated some sockets and offered free advice on removing some redundant telephone extensions and wiring. Would definitely use again.

Tony extended my internet signal to the back of my garden using external wiring. This also involved installing a new BT socket and connecting this to the original box. Tony installed the equipment requested extending my WiFi signal, successfully, very quickly and with no fuss. His attention to detail and emphasis on the finish of his work was very impressive and sets him apart from other engineers. On top of this, Tony is very personable, considerate and clearly very knowledgeable with a passion for what he does. I would definitely use Tony again and would happily recommend him. Tony spliced in a new section on my BT drop cable and installed an upgraded master socket. He's clearly very experienced, really knows his stuff; worked quickly, neatly routed new cable and left a clean and tidy work area. Five stars - would use again for any telecoms work, & I recommend him without hesitation.

Tony came on an urgent call-out on a weekend when we accidentally severed our broadband line. By the time he left we actually had better signal and a preferable router setup than before! Will 100% use him for all future telecomms issues at home. Great price, respectful of Covid guidelines, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Tony, visited us for a no obligation quote on moving a phone socket. Tony was punctual, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about his job. He moved the phone socket and Tony also fixed the problems we had with old and damaged wiring which has greatly improved our internet connectivity.
