Springbourne Family Centre
Springbourne Family Centre is not at all child friendly. The staff are rude and have no interest in what is best for the children. It is dirty and the facilities are outdated. I was personally bullied and threatened by a member of staff which left me feeling extremely anxious. Do not take your children here. I had to give them 1 star as it would not let me give them 0. I have reported them to the National Association of Child Contact Centres. Be aware!

Just had a phone call from a member of staff saying they have a two hour time slot available I asked about an hour slot and lady on phone said do you want to see your kids or not witch is very rude
