Noel and Dawn at Classix helped me sell one of my modern classic cars and the experience from start to finish was superb. I knew they were a fairly new business but liked what I saw with their marketing of cars, their enthusiasm for classic cars and their social gatherings and charity support from coffee mornings and cars. I decided to reach out to them and it got even better - Noel and Dawn are friendly people who understand that for many of us these cars have an emotional attachment. They have the utmost patience and I felt like a truly valued customer and person from the start.I intially contacted Noel 6 months ago but backed out of selling. Yes I could be seen as timewaster with my indecisiveness, but decided recently I wanted to move on from my car and Noel welcomed me back, understood me exactly, and I travelled up to their secure unit (easy to find thanks to their nicely branded sign). Noel really took the time to talk through the car on a Saturday morning with coffee and I was amazed with the video presentation of the car where all those little details had been remembered by Noel and were mentioned on the video (sorry i didn't tell you how the alarm worked though :D ). Noel dropped me off at the nearest station (a 15min drive to Lincoln) and I travelled home happy with my decision to sell through Classix.I had expected the car to take a while to sell, even though it was a good one as I have seen friends from the car community with excellent cars struggle to sell on their own. The market place for niche modern classics isn't as big as your average family car so I felt a more specialist skill set was needed. I was impressed, then, just 7 days after dropping the car off it was sold for a price I was very happy with.Noel and Dawn offer a well structured, honest and experienced strategy to sell cars. Their premises is excellent and secure and offers a great base for buyers to view cars. It is a formula that works well and is a pain free experience as a seller. I highly recommend using Classix to sell and I want to sell something else now just to have the experience again!
