Sam's Wraps

don't order the salad. I placed an order though deliveroo and the tiny bowl they sent was half full not to mention less than a handful of lettuce in this so called salad and the lettuce that was in, was brown. really disappointing

Rude customer service, very loud Asian music, couldn't hear a thing.

Really disappointed with the service at Sam's wrap as of recently. Went to investigate after reading and hearing some abnormally bad reviews and accounts - what a shock to find most of it to be true.I can't fault the place on the quantity of food you receive but that's where personally my liking for the place ends. On arrival, we ordered a chicken wrap (advertised as £4 something) which we were told at the end was an 'old menu' and we would actually have to pay £5.15! During the process of choosing fillings for the wrap our server emptied a packet of value price grated cheese into the container, and went on to accept the money with the same gloves she handled the food with. We were then told they no longer offered plates or cutlery because of the washing up.All round poor, poor experience.

Supposed Caribbean chicken. Sort of spicy. Server was on the phone all the time. Avoid.

First time there today.....amazing that they give such huge portions of chicken!...piled it on. Brilliant selection of flavoured chicken. Menu could maybe expand on varieties of meals and salad choice low. But...it's fresh and tasty.

the food here is first class (as wraps go) the reason I didnt 5 star is beacuse all the wraps have mayo in them. Could do with a plain chicken option. this said the quality of the food is great and staff are always upbeat and friendly.
