Nutrition on Track
I started with the running group in 2023 with a 0-5K that I was attempting (and failing) to do on my own. I was amazed at my progress and that I could push to a 5K run in 8 weeks. The whole team and runners were so supportive and now I've graduated to the 'big group' even though I might still be going at a slower pace I am always encouraged for my efforts. The fact I am going to be running throughout the winter months tells you all you need to know about how much I have enjoyed it (I hate the cold). Running through the beautiful Bucks countryside with a great group of people is good for the body and soul. I could not praise the ethos and support that builds within this community more to anyone starting out and wondering if running is for them.

I highly recommend this fantastic group. Having initially joined to undertake the 0-5k course at the beginning of the year, I have since graduated to running my first 10k in May and another in September! Everyone is very friendly and supportive, and do not worry about being slow - no-one is ever left behind or made to feel they are holding the group up.I have since joined Reset & Run which gives great advice about nutrition, allowing you to make positive habit changes to your food choices, enabling you to feel better & healthier.A warm welcome awaits you!

I have been a member of the running group, Move Walk Run since 2019 and I now can’t imagine not running with Louise and this fantastic group of people. I have also take part in the reset and run nutrition programme 3 times and have learned so much about nutrition and how it impacts on both mental and physical health. It has given me a resilience that I didn’t realise I had and I really love the inclusivity for all levels of experience, fitness and age.

Where to start?! Louise has completely transformed my relationship with food and exercise. Her knowledge is exceptional, her enthusiasm infectious. Her Reset and Run programme is one of a kind and Move Walk Run is quite simply the best run club in the world, truly welcoming and inclusive.

I love this running group. I joined a few years ago and wasn't in the best place and to be honest it took me a while to settle but with Louise's support and her infectious love for running, I'm transformed. It's changed me as a person so much.Louise also has so much knowledge regarding nutrition and the reset run nutrition program is highly informative with great recipes its been a winner for me.I would highly recommend this wonderful group you won't find a better one.

Louise is so knowledgeable about all things nutrition and fitness. Since joining Move, Walk, Run and also completing her Reset and Run nutrition programme, my health and fitness has been transformed. She has created something very rare and wonderful with such a caring and supportive, non-judgemental approach. I’ve never felt better! Finding Louise and Nutrition on Track, has had such a positive impact on me. For the first time I actually understand what my body needs and when to nourish it correctly. This has helped my fitness so much as well, my running has improved massively.Whilst dealing with the whole Menopause fiasco, Louise has given me the knowledge and tools to massively help with controlling some symptoms through nutrition and lifestyle.
