Very pleased with the service from Browns Floorings on the recent fitting of our stair carpet. Excellent service from James who was very respectful of our individual circumstances. We are thrilled with the carpet and will certainly return to this company. We would recommend to all.

5 star customer service! I shopped around as wanted laminate and carpet throughout. Price was very competitive, and a great selection of samples. I went local hoping the service would be better and I was right! Fantastic service from 1st visit to shop and all the way through fitting. Even when there was a hiccup with the manufacturer they were honest, and absolutely made every effort to resolve the issue beyond my expectations. I can't fault their commitment to quality and service. Great people, great service, great product.

I was so impressed by Sophie's quiet knowledgeable manner in the shop. She helped me to decide on the Karndean flooring for our lounge. She went to great trouble to get a sample for me, so that I could see what the actual colour would look like and to answer my many questions. James was very tolerant of our indecisiveness when he came to do the measuring of the floor. He and his contractor, were very helpful with our furniture, some of which was very awkward to move. The laying of the vinyl flooring was completed very professionally and it looks superb.We are really pleased with the finished product and appreciate the personal service which came with it. We will come back to you again in the future.

We had three upper floor bedrooms and landing floored by Jamie and Sophie. They used Kardean stick down luxury vinyl Van Gogh for the three rooms and Mississippi striped carpet for the stairs. They did a very professional job with attention to detail to get it just right. It looks fabulous. Sophie and Jamie were always a pleasure to do business with and were very reliable.
