This garage use to be good for mot's when Al was alive but not anymore their a bit to strict things that should be advisory they fail it ive used them for 15 years but will not use them ever again

Had an MOT done but will avoid this garage in future. They have a long way to go to become customer friendly. Severe lack of information, just ignorance it seems, it would be easy to make improvements. Lack of communication between members of staff making things more complicated and apparently no awareness of the benefits of goodwill!
