I can only give this business 1 star, spent time in the shop with Lee explaining our requirements for the new LVT flooring for the kitchen & Hallway impressing on him we wanted to shop local, Lee suggested the best way forward was a home visit, measure & bring samples, excellent (you think) agreed date 22/08 and a time frame 12 - 1700 hrs, Lee input it in to their calendar, waited in but No show, No phone call or email obviously don't need the work, spoke to Tapi Carpets same information but they came out within 24 hrs??? So much for trying to shop local and support the smaller companies...

Joel has just fitted floor to the majority of the downstairs of our house. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. His quality of work is amazing, he takes so much pride in what he does. He finish and professionalism is not something you come across everyday. I won’t be going anywhere else but here now for new floor/carpets. If you need anything doing this company to the place to go!

From my initial dealings with Lee, who guided me through the selection and installation process, to the support from Tracey and the team, I was given a very positive, customer-centric experience. The carpets I chose are outstanding quality, yet fairly priced and the local fitting team, courteous, hardworking and extremely professional. If I was able to rate them higher than five stars then I would do – Delighted!

Amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommend them. Amazed with the new carpets. Old carpets removed and new underlay, grippers and carpet fitted. Will be using them again for the downstairs rooms in the future.

Mr Rodgers came out to measure the job and advise on best products for the laminate in our dining room and hall. I was able to fetch the recommended products home and choose the best colour. On the fitting day the guys who came were courteous and very helpful with regards to shimmying furniture in a tight space. The finish was very professional; neat and perfectly fitted all round. I had my bathroom vinyl from Rodgers last year too, and that was also a very tidy job. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. I think the friendliness and professional standard of all staff involved are excellent.

Joel came out to fit LVT in our bathroom and kitchen last year. A problem with the builder's screed meant this later started to lift.Joel removed all the tiles and old screed. He then primed, screeded and fitted new tiles.He has done a fantastic job. He then wiped down all the work surfaces that had got dusty. And helped my husband to move the fridge and freezer back into the kitchenWell done Joel and a massive Thank You.
