Will replaced the timing chain on my Audi A5. Did a brilliant job, when an Audi main dealer had told me they couldn't even do the work. Will was great at keeping me up-to-date on progress and costs, what he quoted me included VAT so no surprise at the end. Will be using him for my regular servicing from now on.

Very pleased with the brilliant service received by Will.I had been trying to get some aux belts changed for nearly a month and the only garage that could fit me in said it required a special tool and Volvo themselves failed to call me back 3 times but did quote £300 without a courtesy car.Luckily I saw a WP post on Facebook, gave him a call, car was in the garage with him a few days later, belts all sorted as well as a track rod end and switched the tyre's so I could get a new front set. All for just over half what I was originally quoted by Volvo.Highly recommend him to all and will look forward to using in the future.

Got my car remapped!! I have been contemplating this idea for a long time now and after a lot, and I mean a lot! of research and contemplation I finally decided to it.I went to see Will and he explained me everything about remapping. How it works, what if does, how it can benefit the car and of course get more BHP! He was not pushy at all and was more concerned that I was happy with the idea and understood exactly what it entailed. 3 hours later and the car was done!! No longer waiting at the cross roads now!! Love it! Just kicking myself for waiting so long!! Will highly recommend WP personally.

Generally excellent, honest and trustworthy garage. I’ve been taking my cars to WP Automotive exclusively for a number of years now and will not go anywhere else, despite my relocating to south London; well worth the 90 minute drive to drop the car at WP for the peace of mind that a) the diagnostic process is thorough and methodical (i.e. never jumping to conclusions and spending money replacing things that turn out not to be the cause of the problem, as seems to happen all too often elsewhere) and b) that all work will be carried out to the highest possible standard and with great care and attention to detail. Couldn’t ask for better.
