Very unpleasant agent to deal with, unfortunately my experience of her was extremely manipulative and unkind. I definitely wouldn't recommend the company.

Clearly really good if you are the seller of a house but not if you’re the buyer. Unprofessional, unreliable and be assured than many things mentioned in the listing of the house are false advertising. Awful experience as a first time buyer, got our keys 3 weeks ago and I say that loosely. We got 1 set of keys between us and no key for the garage shutter, we know there was an owner and a renter of this house previously so 2 sets definitely exist. First were told they’d be in the house, they weren’t. We rang and they told us they would be sent out, nothing arrived after a week and a half. We rang again and they told us they would get in touch with the vender, we have been waiting a further week and a half without any communication. Not to mention how many things were wrong with the house, no lights in the kitchen worked (worked when we viewed the house) house description with a dishwasher (doesn’t work) please check every single thing if you plan to buy a house off them. Don’t have high hopes we’ll be able to get use of our shutter, or that anything in our garage would be safe since someone still has a key to it. Appalling

I have had two occasions to use John Minnis and found them very friendly efficient and competitive.I would recommend them to everyone who wish to sell their property. If I visited properties that were being sold by Minnis they did their utmost to accommodate my visits. They certainly come top of my list in the property market.
