Received exemplary service from Incontinence Pads Direct: an instant reply to to our concern, and Eddy, the customer services manager, arranged a speedy refund and then kept in touch, making sure we were completely happy, even going so far as to send us a replacement product, free of charge. We have been using Carehomelife at our complex nursing home for a number of years. their service is second to none.From the first enquiry all the way to the delivery driver turning up i have always felt like more than just a customer.I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service and a fabulous customer serviceI use care home life for my nursing home. they are always extremely helpful and go out of their way for us even when its last minute. Always looking at ways to help us and save us money, I can not fault the service we receive from the team. At times when we have needed help quickly the team have been there for us. Care home life team have such a good customer service ethos it makes you feel like they are part of our team!

I have always found Fisc Healthcare to be an efficient and reliable company. Any time I have phoned with a question they have always done their best to help and unlike a lot of companies they are very quick to try and sort things out as fast as possible. We have introduced several new products this year. Ted always makes time to play a few tunes on the piano for our residents when he visits, not many big companies would give that kind of service.

We recently damaged one of our stand aid hoists . we contacted Carehomelife as these guys have helped us in the past they couldn't have done enough to help us , the next day less than 24 hours we received a new hoist , delivered and ready to go . Amazing service as always . this is why we use this team as they constantly go the extra mile. Especially in these difficult times its reassuring to know we have such a great back up for all our goods and sundries

I have had the pleasure of working with Ted and the team over the past 10yrs, I am leaving the care setting having worked at Morfa Newydd for over 35yrs, however I will have no hesitation in highly recommending CareHomeLife. We have dealt with Fisc for several years now and have been thrilled with both their products and their level of customer service, nothing is too much. The staff are really helpful and on the ball and will not rest until we are satisfied.
