NOT RECOMMENDED! Worst ever! ALAN IS A SCAM!!! So so unprofessional! Making money of you tactics! They could leave you hanging the last minute. Booked them AFTER booking my test. Told them I really need to give my exam, the instructor ALAN kept taking me for lessons. Had booked him for 20 hours. After 16 hours of payment he thought to himself that I am not ready. Just 3 days BEFORE my test. I was devastated as I had moved my holiday accordingly. He simply refused to take me to the test centre or give his car. Nothing was offered by the company when contacted and obvious th3y supported their instructor. Maybe the payment was shared. If I am not ready I should have been informed a week before or after 10 hours of lessons. And he told me you have 5 hours before you don’t loose your 62 quids for test booking but what about hundreds I had spent on the lessons. Utterly disgusted. Don’t book them. Better to wait then to waste money and at the end you are empty handed like me

a instructor who was called Damien he left the company & I got a instructor replaced called Allan but the instructor didn’t take me seriously and also didn’t keep commitments of a lesson and made excuses his wife went hospital or a student got corona even tho he was teaching other students lying to me & then he didn’t turn up for a lesson & said I didn’t turn up to the lesson when I was waiting out side for the driver also if he didn’t see me he would of texted he’s outside I didn’t get that even & I had text where’s he & he made an excuse and said he was outside I must be blind or this instructor is invisible. he messages the the office called Cath that he not going to take me on as a learner as the office said not to take me As a learner because Cath top gear said to Allan no longer to take me as a learner & then I replied to catch this has been told & then Allan replied I am sorry for the confusion unfortunately I do not have the availability to continue with our lessons

Chris is an absolutely fantastic instructor, patient, friendly and I highly recommend him to teach any new drivers out there.
