Phenomenal experience. Very professional, responsive, accommodating and urgent. They did a fantastic job installing in a property whilst it was being built and gave us copious advice in a timely manner. The quote was compared against two others and was the most competitive. Would highly recommend!

They pick up the phone when called, respond to queries promptly and Martin and Stanley did an excellent job on the air con install - on time, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous throughout. Where to start... AAC was incredible from start to finish.I've used a fair few companies for all types of home improvement work. It is without hesitation that I can say that AAC is comfortably above the rest.From 1st contact Alex and George came out promptly to help me choose the best solution for my needs. I had a tonne of questions and they were super responsive and helpful. While being incredibly patient with me.Dave came out soon after to do the pre-install work before one part of the job (garage conversion) began. This meant all the pipework was neatly tucked away and looked flawless. This was incredibly short notice and I'm really grateful AAC was able to help me out with this request.Full install day came (3 indoor units, re-wiring PSU, removing a different companies work and putting it right in the converted garage). Dave, Matt and Aidan are machines! They are professional, friendly, reliable, hard-workers, respectful (the list could go on..). Dave, Matt and Aidan went the extra mile for us and we are very appreciative of their workmanship and kindness.My only 'criticism' is AAC doesn't do all other work: Plumbing, Carpentry, etc. Because they would be my first call for all work ;)I'm almost disappointed Dave, Matt and Aidan finished the job ahead of schedule, they've been an absolute pleasure to work with. Hope to see you all again in the near future.In all seriousness and if you've read this far, well done. AAC have been a pleasure to work with. From our first interaction they were professional and found great solutions for our home. We've just had Andy do an annual service on our system. He arrived on time, was efficient, and friendly. He even proactively fixed the light settings on our bedroom unit. We're very happy customers.

I installed an AC unit at my property. Quote was competitive and the work was carried on time spotlessly. Really professional firm and highly recommend them for any installation work. Dave, Lewis and Andy were the installers on that day and highly recommend their work. Most importantly no clutter was left on site, explained the installation thoroughly and we even left them to work on the property when we went out for few hours. 5 stars from me and very happy with the unit
