This is a small friendly club with experienced instructors making training here fun and enjoyable whether you just want to keep fit make new friends or train more seriously. There are classes available for children and adults check out the website or Facebook page.

I do the BJJ with professor Brian Smith and the classes are spot on every week. The small classes make it easy to learn and all the lads learn at the same pace in a good friendly competitive environment. Would recommend this place. 5/5

Great club, all abilities welcomed and catered for.Kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, with a bit of K1, self defence, knife work, etc thrown in from time to time.Kids really well looked after, a really good feel as a family club.Excellent instructors and support crew!

Experienced and highly knowledgable instructors. A welcoming, friendly club which is very reasonably priced.My two children and I have been training here for six years. The club welcomes a wide range of ages and fitness levels, with separate classes for children and adults.Learn Kickboxing and/or Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, meet new people and get fit at the same time.

Fantastic club for both Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). I started off really bad at Kickboxing and now I can definitely say I've progressed a lot in the last 19 months or so. BJJ adult classes have just started. Really good club for all skill levels, whether you want to train just to keep fit or you want to focus on becoming a better Kickboxer or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler (or both!), this is definitely the club for you. Respectable and friendly atmosphere, and all for a great price!

My daughter aged 10 and son aged 7 love this kickboxing club. Staff are brilliant really good with the kids, the children have progressed loads and there behaviour has improved at home. My daughter's confidence has grown, my only regret is that I left it so late to get them enrolled.

Great club to join. Brian and Matt are excellent teachers. Great for general fitness or going through the belts. Tonight's session was sector 1 to 3 kicks, really good work out. 5 stars.

This is a great friendly club. All ages, abilities, and levels of fitness are welcome, this starts with the experienced trainers and also the people you train with. It is a great way to improve fitness, and boost confidence, in a safe and controlled environment, and its also fun.
