Used dixons to buy my first and second home. Lori and Courtney have supported me through the process efficiently and we're always communicative with me. Luke who is the internal mortgage adviser was always willing to help through my process and on the phone when I needed him even on his days off. Jan the sales progressor was so helpful in chasing solicitors and managing to get everything I needed done before my mortgage in principle ran out a tough task but with their support it was pulled off and effective.

Our boiler stopped working recently and Samuel was really quick to respond to our requests, get in touch with our landlord and have someone come out to fix it. The issue was sorted from start to finish in a matter of days and with the weather turning colder, this was very much appreciated. Thanks Samuel!!
