I had to apply retrospectively for planning permission for a single story rear extension. I had already over spent on my budget, the architects I contacted were talking silly money for the plans to be drawn up. When I contacted Ed he explained how, if I did the measuring up myself using his simple-to-use guide, he could then make up the drawings and submit everything to the council on my behalf - all at a fraction of the cost of other quotes.Ed turned the drawings around in a matter of days and submitted the application. Sadly the council refused my application because of how it would affect a neighbours window light (even though the neighbour had given me written consent!). Thankfully the council agreed to myself and my neighbour submitting a joint application (as my neighbour wished to extend his property in the same manner too) and so Ed has helped at every step of the way in getting this very stressful situation resolved and joint plans submitted.I would thoroughly recommend Ed if you are looking to save money yet get a 100% professional and efficient service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
