The border tiles are from Milagros, and the perfect match I was looking for and needed.Great service, *very* reasonably priced tiles (only 50p each at the time of writing the review!), delivered within 48 hours in a sturdy, well packed parcel, from a website that I could spend hundreds of pounds on. Recommended. Will definitely be buying from again.

Fantastic shop, with great service. Juliette has been brilliant and she was able to get the terracotta tiles I ordered to me within a day so it did not hold up my renovations. The tiles look beautiful too :)

Be careful when you order from this company. I've ended up paying for what is very bad customer service. They had sent the wrong tiles in a very flimsy cardboard box which already came squashed and torn, agreed to take them back because of their mistake and then low and behold, the tiles did not arrive safely even though I did my best to repackage them as they did, and was then charges for the breakages. I've lost a lot of money and time. So as tempted as you may be by the tiles or any other things just beware that they will not take any responsibility for their mistakes.

These are beautiful rustic tiles and well priced. As they are hand-made you need a good quality tile cutter to cut them. We’ve used them for 3 projects, and are delighted with the results. Online photos are pretty accurate, but best to order samples to be sure of exact colour. Tiles arrive in compostable packaging. Great service - good advice offered as needed, and any issues promptly dealt with. Highly recommend!

Milagros are great - their tiles are really beautiful and were absolutely perfect for our project. The team there is super helpful as well, they communicated really clearly and helped us arrange for deliveries and returns seamlessly - highly recommend!

I have been searching for green tiles everywhere and found this lovely shop, so placed a huge order - twice - to be delivered to my house. The purchase was smooth and in my mind, all the tiles would be delivered to my house. There were no questions asked about my property and a date was decided on.Today, my delivery came and the deliveryman said he was unable to deliver them to my door step (I have steep steps to my front door), this caused a huge problem as I have a dog, none else to help me and I have back problem! I rang Milagros and spoke to a lady who seemed very defensive, arguing with me that this is my fault for not telling them about my stairs! Her solution was for me to pay the man some more money (on top of what I have already paid for the delivery) so he can bring them to the stop on my stairs! I told her I visited her store twice to make two purchases and at no time did the shop assistant ask me about my home! She told me this is standard procedure (which I am not aware of) and the only solution is for my to offer to pay the guy extra cash! The man could her her ranting on and sympathised with me and offered to take them to my door step, regardless of the cash! He says this has happened a lot!I am so disappointed with the customer service! She ranted on saying she doesn't care if I make a complaint and I think was more interested in listening to her own voice, rather than my suggestion that in future they should remind the customers about any delivery issues, so this unfortunate scenario would not happen again. She said she has no time to remind every single customer!!! She did apologies, but I felt it to be very fake, as she continued to put the blame on me.I understand, I should have said something about my stairs, but this is the first time I'm updating my house and she needs to also be aware of how she could improve her services too! I think, I would not have used my time to write this review, if she had been a bit sympathetic in her conversation with me and listened, rather constantly blaming me. I really enjoyed the shop and would have made many more purchases, but this experience has put me off!

I'm thinking of writing a short novel about all the things that went wrong trying to buy some tiles. Anyway here's a draft.We ordered some tiles with a an estimated delivery of 7 days.7 days later the tiles had not arrived. After calling customer service they claimed to have lost the order due to an issue with PayPal.The order had to be changed because the items were out of stock and they needed to be sent to a different address, but eventually a new order was placed and we were told it would be dispatched shortly.After another 4 days we called to check if the order had been dispatched. They claim it had not. We decided to cancel the order because it didn't seem like these tiles were likely to arrive in time. Awesome, problem solved.A further 4 days later the tiles arrive in the post - at the wrong address. We call to ask if we can return them and find that it we won't be refunded the £10 delivery.£10 delivery that takes over two weeks? A premier Inn buffet worth of calories could have powered me on a cycle to London for to pick them up for less than that in half the time.The ladies we spoke on the phone were polite but got a little defensive and not willing to accept that mistakes were made.The tiles are probably lovely and it's great to support family businesses. However, the tiles took so bloody long to arrive we now have some real basic tiles from Wickes in our campervan.

I adore Milagros! This shop is full of pure gorgeouness, all authentic and hand made in Mexico. I have purchased so many items from them, it's the ideal gift shop! Service is wonderful and the owners are just fab. Cheers Milagros, see you next time!

Tom and his team were very assistive and prompt. They sent me the glasses I ordered overseas in perfect packaging and very quickly once I placed my order. The glass themselves are gorgeous!! Very pleased with Milagros and my glasses. Thank you!!
