I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I'm afraid the service I received from this company was quite appalling.I had a few thousand pages printed at another company that I brought for hole punching at Apple Finishing, which they said they could do without a problem. Unfortunately, they got the hole punches in the wrong place the first time and were very apologetic, assuring me they could correct the mistake if they were printed again. I had the designs re-printed and brought them in a second time, and they were all hole punched incorrectly again.I was left with over £500 of printing that was ruined by Apple Print Finishing and had to be recycled. Again, they were very apologetic, and assured me they would credit my printing bill by printing the pages themselves. They then ignored my calls and emails for the following month and I haven't heard from them since.I'm afraid my experience of this company has been that they over-promise to the nth degree, and I would hate for another small business like myself to take a hit by their bad service.
