It's a McDonald's. It needs clearer road signage to make navigation onto and vacating the site for drivers. There should be more staff on duty to facilitate the needs of their customers using the A2 and other A roads during early morning 'rush hour'. The only invitation to coax you in is the fact it's a McDonald's. Top marks for the Hot Chocolate.

I cannot believe I am giving McDonald's a 5 star review. After only eating McDonald's in France for the last 18 years I did not know what to expect. I was shocked at the difference. Nice hot chips and burgers and a lot cheaper than French prices, even my French friends were impressed. For a place where a lot of tourists pass to get to Dover the quality was memorable, well done.I would recommend this McDonald's for people to eat if they have time before going to France and then try the difference over the Channel.

Clean store, efficient staff, great food, and improved drive thru and car parking layout.Negative: I wish there were more parking spaces. It can get a little tight and people end up double parking. It would be nice if there was a completely different area for collections.

4 stars for food because the chips are always cold by the time I get home (10 minute drive).. however the new chicken big mac is lovely. Customer service is lovely too. Nice branch thank u

We stopped here after a late ferry trip and the service and food were fantastic. We were told that they were clisinvand I just wanted a frozen drink to take with me and they made me one even though the machine had been cleaned down. Very impressed with the service and the food.

We done a large just eat order for McDonald's for delivery, when it arrived the bag was wet, so collapsed with 4 hot drinks inside, spilling everywhere, and there were lots of items missing. McDonald's would take any responsibility even though what they delivered wasn't the responsibility of just eat. They would not let me go and pick up the missing items resulting in some people going hungry. Now have to go through just eat for a refund which takes 7 days.

It pains me beyond belief that people who know me may read this review, but the truth must out. These burgers, these filets, are basically fast food crack. You know as you stuff them down that they'll kill you if you don't stop one day, one day SOON, but every fibre of your being wants you to stuff it down ever faster, barely chewing--gumming, in fact--and savouring that meaty, salty, oozy, fatty, amalgamation of gloop, and as you do it the dopamine courses through your brain like heroin and you almost pass out from the sheer bliss of the absolute awfulness of it all.YMMV.
