Toomey Hyundai Southend

Went to this Hyundai dealership a couple of times and I was clear that I would not be able to make a purchase as my business leases vehicles for me. This did not deter any of the team from being generous with their time and eager to assist. I didn’t catch the young ladies name from my first visit but she was most helpful. On the next couple of trips I was lucky enough to chat to Kevin who was happy to share his experience and was a first class ambassador for the brand. Their welcoming and attitude and relaxed manner means we would definitely recommend this dealership and I will be ordering the new Kona. Cheers guys.

Absolutely amazing experience at Toomey Hyundai Southend. Everybody is friendly welcoming and create a warm atmosphere. Daisy P was so helpful and friendly in finding me a suitable new car to my needs in a very quick turnaround time. (A week). Rebecca was helpful and friendly and lovely to chat to and was brilliant at processing my application and the test drive. On collection day Mark D the manager was amazing such a great guy to deal with. He sorted all my paperwork out with me explained every bit of it. Showed me all round my car and explained the car functions to me and made sure I was happy with everything. The follow up call from Daisy P is brilliant and lovely to talk to. nice that they take the time to make sure you are happy and that you are more then welcome to come back anytime you want. The best car showroom, sales and aftercare I've ever experienced. A first class premium time ❤️ ❤️

I recently purchased a used Hyundai Kona from Toomey Southend, I had put a deposit down on a different model but had a change of mind, I was looked after by Phil Webster and he handled the sale excellently. He was very knowledgeable on the test drives explaining the different features of the car. Always patient and helpful and never pushy. All in all a very pleasant transaction. Also a big thanks to Mark who helped sort out the best finance package to suit my needs. Definitely a 5 star dealership and thoroughly recommended.

We were very welcomed at the Toomey showroom in Southend by all the staff who were always helpful and at hand to answer any questions we had. Our sales advisor was Daisy pallett who explained everything about buying a new car in detail as well as taking us for a test drive and part exchanging our existing car. So happy we went here as the service has been spectacular from our first visit, to the delivery of the vehicle. Got a car at the weekend on Motability and I can’t stress how brilliant they are at Hyundai. We initially spoke to Mark and then followed up with Craig and he was beyond fantastic. From making us feel very welcome and being really nice to our 5 year old making sure everyone was happy, dealing with all the paperwork, going through every option with us, not making us feel pressured or forced in any way at all, allowing us to take time and ask as many questions as we needed. What a brilliant car showroom with brilliant staff. Cannot recommend anymore! Thank you for making my car journey a really lovely one.

Zach & Lewis, the master technician pulled out all the stops to get my car back on the road a couple of weeks ago. My car had developed a huge coolant leak which had only become apparent very suddenly. Toomey Hyundai Southend was the only garage in the vicinity to fortunately have the genuine part in stock. By the time the fault had been diagnosed and I had managed to get the car to them, it was late afternoon. Despite this and amongst all their other work, they still managed to get my car repaired before close of play & by all accounts it was not an easy repair. All of this was done with a calm and understated professionalism. Without their help I would have been stranded away from home without a car which was essential for my job in providing urgent 24 hour cover for multiple hospitals in the area that night. I am still stunned by what they managed to achieve in getting my car fixed that day.

Fantastic experience buying my Hyundai i20N from Toomey Hyundai Southend, I was struggling for delivery availability but after talking to Charlie O’Connor he pulled the rabbit out the hat within 4 weeks I collected my perfect car. The new Toomey Hyundai garage is brand new with all customers facilities, the door is always open with hospitality. Thank you again Charlie you are a star !

Daisy who dealt with us throughout the process of getting our new car was always kind and supportive, nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we dealt with at Southend dealership was polite supportive and approachable. Would highly recommend.
