I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Quick response to my request for a quote to replace my garage roof. Explaining what was required and the process step by step. Fitted me in within a very short space of time (as unfortunately I had neglected the roof ) due to the damage of the roof and finished quickly as it needed to be water tight. Always keeping me updated either via e mail or in person. Attended on time, friendly and very professional.

Brilliant company. Sorted out a very poor flooring job done by a previous builder. We got lincs group who gave very professional advice and took the job without delay, we felt we were in good hands and job was completed on time and signed by the building inspector. From the first moment I contacted Mark I have had excellent communication, personalised to the needs of the project. This has not only been from Mark, but also James and the team. There were some difficulties with the installation due to the existing condition of the roof but the chaps worked around these very well. We received exceptional customer service from James and the team throughout the design, order and installation. We also received quotes from tow other well known suppliers of warm roof options and conservatory replacements, and both provided wildly expensive quotes with unachievable builds (on closer review) and enormous and uncertain timelines.I asked a million questions to the team, we changed our mind over options and placement on numerous occasions and James just reassured us and offered the options in a clear way without any hard sell.When it came to installation there were no hidden costs, the guys told us when they would arrive and what would happen and it went exactly as they said. We were fighting against the weather and on the first day, they guys stayed late in the rain to get the roof on to make the area water tight. This was supposed to take two days but the team completed in one. Even our neighbours commended their tireless work ethic.All in all, the product is amazing, but the customer service was first class - a rarity these days. I would recommend using them without hesitation.

Brilliant local company. They are efficient, professional and punctual. All work was carried out to a high standard and James kept me informed throughout the job with messages and pictures. They also went beyond the job quoted for and replaced some broken tiles and old lead for no extra charge. My tenant's roof no longer leaks, the old chimney will now stand for years and I am very glad to have discovered The Lincs Group. Highly recommend.

We asked the Lincs Group to replace the plastic conservatory roof with a tiled insulated one. We only have praise for the quality of the work and their professional friendly, attitude. Nothing was to much trouble, and we now have a room that is usable all year round. Highly recommend.

Reliable, friendly and professional company with good workmanship. James and Mark are prompt at responding to any queries you have and any quotations you require. They provide a very helpful service, we have used them a number of times on different construction projects for their EPDM rubber flat roofs.

We had two leaking skylights and a difficult time over a long period trying to find local builders and window companies who would be able to replace them. Fortunately we found Mark and James at the Lincs Group who finally got us sorted and dry. They were highly professional, friendly and kept us up to date on the status of our replacement units and as to when they'd be able to complete our installation. We had our pvc conservatory roof replaced with a solid insulated tiled roof. Fantastic job. We also had our Bungalow guttering and soffit’s replaced. We cannot praise this company highly enough. The men were a pleasure to have around.
