I came across Arty recently when I visited Southampton. I was struggling with severe muscular spasms in my hips and legs as well as my neck and upper back. I found Arty’s therapy extremely helpful. He is knowledgeable and professional. Above all in my experience he is a wonderful person treating his client as an individual and not just as another patient. In my opinion, healing happens at multiple levels and the wholistic approach that Arty provides is unique and powerful.

Highly recommend visiting Arty if you experience bad muscular pain on a regular basis. I have been visiting Arty for about a year now due to bad lower back pain, shoulder pain and knee pain from Latin dancing. After a couple sessions when first seeing Arty my shoulder and back pain disappeared quickly and after every session my knee pain has been hurting less and less every time with the help of exercises Arty has given me.

I have been working with Arty weekly for almost 6 months. I first went to him for help with acute lower back pain and he fitted me in very quickly.
