Great place been going regularly over the past year. Always happy to help and lookafter me and my bike. Very honest and always try to save me money as much as possible.

Great,small business service. Had a break problem,Halfords wanted to keep my bike for a week and chage me 60 pounds,didn't even look atthe issue.I googled Little Biker Shop,drove in,it took them 45 seconds and it was done,free of charge...they've gained a custumer and Halfords lost one for sure!

Taking a bike out off storage after a two year pandemic was on the cards today. As we do we had to make sure all was well before taking it on the road with the boy so we headed off to our local Little Biker Boyz.When we got there we joined a queue of about three bicycles ahead of us.When it got to our turn I asked to check the wheels as they were both flat and if we needed to book the bike for a general service. The guy working the bikes said no need. What he did was run a quick health check on brakes, gears, child seat and wheels and then we got the green light.To top it all he didnt charge us. He did it for free!This was absolutelt amazing service.I highly recommend Little Biker Boyz for accessories and great service you can trust!Thank you my friend its not everyday you get this type of service esp in todays climate.I have added some pics as reference. Exceptional customer service and very accommodating owners. Incredibly helpful in giving me advice and help with my brakes. Being new to bikes I had no idea how worn out my brake pads were until Connor had a quick look for me. Very friendly and patient mechanic who you can trust has a wealth of knowledge in these things. True professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone as they are the most honest and experienced bike shop in the area without a doubt.

I have been here several times over several years and the staff are so helpful, offer excellent service and willingly show you what the issue was with your bike plus the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend using this bike shop.

I'm lucky enough to live round the corner from this place so pop by whenever there's an issue with my bike, and they are so amazingly helpful. Last time I'd managed to put the brake pads on upside down when changing a wheel, which they diagnosed in seconds and offered to sort it out for free. Their prices are always super reasonable and much better than competitors. Really recommend!

I arrived about 11am on a Saturday and was seen straight away. The guy who served me was friendly and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my bike and how he was going to fix it. Great experience, fair price. Would 100% recommend this place.

My recent visit to Little Bikerz boys plaistow was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff exhibited appalling behavior, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.The employees at this shop seemed utterly clueless about their own products. When I asked for assistance, I was met with blank stares and unhelpful responses. It was clear that the staff lacked the basic knowledge needed to guide customers through their purchases.Moreover, the disrespectful and dismissive attitude from the employees left a lasting negative impression. It's disheartening to see a business operate with such a blatant disregard for customer service.In summary, my experience at this shop was marked by rude behaviour and a stunning lack of product knowledge. I would strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment and explore alternatives that prioritize professionalism and expertise.Please don’t go there !

Top class service, took my electric bike in as the brakes had failed, after using another shop just to bleed them! Took an hour checking over the problems and wouldnt take any money for there time..i was lucky enough the bike was in warranty and they sent replacement parts, took it to them to fit, pefect job done within the hour, paid more than asked for the young guy to say the extra he would put towards him and his younger brother whos 11ys old and has cancer shaving there heads so put inanother tenner all the best to your younger brother
