Kieran (KJD Heating Services) was always willing to help me when I needed him. He is very reliable and efficient. He takes real pride in his work and I would have no hesitation to recommend him to anyone.

I booked Kieran via Vaillant site and cannot recommend him enough. He was earlier than anticipated, price was the most reasonable I was quoted in a decade in North Essex area and surroundings (No rip off anywhere).They were fast, decent and clean.They certainly got me as their loyal customer now, 100 percent, so much so that I am already considering using their services for other jobs around the house in the future and believe me I used several heating/plumbing services in the area thus far.

Kieran is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He soon responds to messages and keeps me updated on when he can carry out work, fitting in visits to investigate more urgent issues in his busy schedule. His work is of a high standard.

After a few years of not having our gas boiler serviced, earlier this year we were introduced to Kieran of KJD Heating Services by a friend’s neighbour who had been very impressed with him. We phoned him and arranged for him to carry out a service which he did very punctually and efficiently. It has since worked well and is noticeably much quieter.Recently, we noticed our Megaflow unvented indirect cylinder had started overflowing. We followed the instructions to regenerate its air pocket but were not confident we had done it properly. So for safety’s sake we switched off the boiler and phoned Kieran. As we had no hot water he arrived next afternoon and successfully reinstated the air pocket explaining each step to us as he went.As a result, we would not hesitate to recommend Kieran to others and intend to employ him for all our future heating needs.

I would highly recommend KJD Heating Services. Kieran came out within the same day. Made the diagnosis straight away. He gave us options that saved us money. So refreshing to find an honest, reliable, professional tradespeople.

Kieran, has come to our rescue on several occasions. Each time he has fixed our problems, an incredibly nice and trustworthy guy, and his prices are unbelievably competitive in this world we now live in which is extremely expensive. Would recommend him to anyone.

Yesterday morning I had a replacement tap fitted. Lewis was extremely punctual and polite. The tap chosen by Kieran was exactly as required. The work was carried out cleanly and efficiently. The price was extremely fair so overall this was a five star experience. Thank you!

When you have a water leak, want a new tap or need a boiler serviced, you are at the mercy of the company you call. Kieran was amazing and quickly found and repaired a pipe with gas leak.Very efficient, neat and tidy. Highly recommend and will be having him back to complete some more work in the future.
