Bought my wife’s car from Andrew and Paul who were very friendly and made everything very easy. Was offered a fair price for my part exchange and a good deal on the car we bought with the added confidence of having the car serviced, a fresh MOT and new tyres put on. It was clear that they want to make sure the vehicles they supply have been prepared to the highest standard.Had a minor problem with the car shortly after delivery that was absolutely not the fault of the dealer but they had the car back and made sure everything was put right and delivered the car back to us very quickly and efficiently without any hesitation.Really pleased with the car and the service received from Autowholesale, I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I thought i would write a review about my experience as i was unable to find any reviews when i was buying our car and i would have found it useful to read about the company. We bought our car about 3 months ago. After getting it home we noticed some problems with the car, It took me longer than normal to get it back to them to be looked at as we are not local, but when we got it there they were good about getting it fixed. However after i picked it up one of the problems was still there. When i called them back i was accused of driving the car incorrectly! However after i took it back they looked at it again and sorted the problem. Overall they were good on repairing the problems we had with the car however i would not use them again as i was not happy with the condition of the car we bought and from the very poor, rude, argumentative and patronizing customer service i received at certain times, which at one point ended up with them hanging up on me. Overall it was a very un-enjoyable experience and i would of given 1 or 2 stars if it wasn't for them fixing the problems with the car and the manager speaking in a nicer manner to me.

We bought a 2017 Suzuki Vitara from these guys over the weekend. Being based in Exeter we couldn't really make it down during the week so Andrew very kindly agreed for us to come down on a Saturday to sort a test drive, part exchange and sale out. The car is great, was presented very clean (a high attention to detail on cleaning and making it sparkle which is always nice), and Andrew even got a bit of t-cut out when I noticed a scuff to give me confidence that it would buff out before we handed over any money.All in all, the experience was really straight forward and inspired confidence. Would definitely not think twice about coming to these guys again if the right car is on their forecourt.As a lovely extra bit of customer service, Andrew very helpfully sent me a photo of the parking permit that we forgot to remove from the windscreen of our part-exchanged car so we could sort our new one out. Five stars guys, you'll go far!

I have recently purchased a Van from here which I had to traveled 400miles round trip to collect, when I picked it up there was a rear lamp cracked , reflector broken , boot compartment broken and seat belt missing , along with a crack in the inside rear window which is not major as hasn’t gone all the way through so didn’t mention this, after some back and forth conversation eventually they sent me the parts for seat belt,rear light and reflector, but didn’t pay for the fitting costs! I was then very suspicious about how good this company is so I done my own independent MOT which failed due to a near side rear bolt missing which was conveniently the tyre they changed before I come and collected it after a failed MOT. There is also a washer pipe split , exhaust system corroded, brake pipe corroded, daytime running lamp bulbs removed , Andrew the salesman has not been very good due to his attitude with the situation , just responding with bring it back then which is not what I’m asking to do just want my New Van to be road worthy and not damaged. (This is not wear and tear)If someone can speak to me with some respect and come up with a solution.

I bought a duff VW van from them that cost nearly 12k. Too bad to sell and too expensive to fix. Patronising, how can i seem to help you attitiude and also shouting at me down the phone that there was nothing wrong with it. Took it back to be fixed many times. Shoddy workmanship. 2 out of 3 fitted windows leaked. Asked for my money back and they refused becausethey had wages to pay" 4 years on we have had the engine apart twice. Its been off the road for more than a year. Still in the garage having the engine reconditioned. Its a only done 62k from new. Avoid at all costs. Old fashioned sharks. They seem to not care about their reputation so that we can review them far and wide.They should not be allowed to get away with it. Worst decision I ever made. Spread the word. Also avoid AW Leisure parent company."

Great prices and exceptional service. They went above and beyond when they didn't have to, to make sure I was happy and made the deal very easy for me. I would recommend and I definitely will use Autowholesale next time I buy a second hand car. Thanks again guys.

I have just purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Autowholesale, having read some of the negative reviews I was worried, however I have to say that Paul & Andrew were a pleasure to deal with, I first saw the car three weeks ago, I asked for a few things to be done to make it perfect for me, they did them all and more and despite my part exchange developing a fault since the deal was struck they honoured the agreement and didn't quibble ! I would not hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again in the future.

I made initial contact regarding a Volvo Estate and Andrew was very helpful even offering to meet me on his day off on Sunday. We visited on Tuesday and were given the keys and just left to drive the car as far as we wanted. Having agreed a price,today I went by train to collect.I was met at the station and on arrival discovered that a new uplift pump had been fitted as they were unhappy with the pressure having done a pre delivery inspection. The car was handed over having been very well valeted. I am home now after a 90 mile journey and am delighted with the car. I have been very well treated by Andrew,Paul,Dan and the valeting team and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I'm currently driving the second car I've bought from Autowholesale. My first car from there I kept for nearly ten years and this one looks like it might last me as long. In both cases the purchase went smoothly and I got very good value for money. Couldn't fault the transaction.
