Amazing customer service throughout when trying to decide which carpet and door plates would suit the interior of my new home. All the staff were extremely positive and friendly, didn’t bother me too much whilst I was having a nosey around but was very attentive whenever I needed to ask questions whether it be on price, quality etc. It has been 6 months since the fitting of my carpets and even though we chose a pale beige shade and own a dog, the quality has lived up to our expectations and they still look brand new. I live in Barnsley but the travel is worth it and I would recommend Howkel carpets to anyone who wants top quality flooring and customer service. A delight to the industry!

Absolutely outstanding. Jane was tremendous giving me 5 samples without hesitation, was so helpful and very professional. She worked round my ever changing schedule for fitting the carpet without question. Adam the carpet fitter just the most pleasant and courteous young man, so respectful of my house and did the most brilliant job. I bought, and had fitted a front room carpet last Friday. If I could give a higher rating I would. From start to finish, I was dealt with in a professional and polite manner, especially Adam my carpet fitter, who did a fantastic job, and was very polite and helpful. The carpet looks fantastic, and so affordable. I will definitely be using this company from now on. I would highly recommended them.

The prices are super competitive and the customer service excellent - i really felt cared for at Howkel.When it came to the fitting, we had two brilliant lads, they gave great advice and presented options on how we would like certain parts of the carpet fitted, for example the top of the stairs.
